Parade Director
Hey Lions! My name is Matthew Peyton and I am really pumped to act as our Parade Executive Director for Homecoming 2009. I'm a junior from Annapolis, MD; I am majoring in Architectural Engineering with a minor in Architecture. As the Parade Director I will be responsible for organizing the best parade that Penn State has ever seen.
In High school I was my classes Homecoming liaison then last year I served as a Parade Captain, it was after this that I realized how much hard work goes in to organizing one of the biggest Homecoming Parades in the country. As part of the executive committee, I plan making this event standout as another amazing Penn State Homecoming.
Homecoming is one of the most exciting weeks at Penn State. This week long celebrations is a time for the entire Penn State community to get involved with a great Tradition. I want to give thanks to my parents for there love and support and for getting me evolved in Homecoming in High school. I know this years Executive Committee is going to do everything possible to make this years Homecoming the Best Penn State has ever seen.
