The mission of Penn State Homecoming is to celebrate tradition and instill pride in all members of the Penn State family through active engagement of students, alumni, faculty and staff across the community.

We believe that the traditional sense of a homecoming celebration encompassing a parade and football game has evolved, and strive to set a new standard for homecoming celebrations.. Penn State Homecoming organizes a number of exciting events in the spring and fall semesters culminating with the events of Homecoming Week.

What Royalty Does

The Royalty Committee is responsible for coordinating the selection of the Homecoming Student and University Courts. We arrange interviews for semifinalists and a student panel for the University Court selection. These individuals will develop creative ways to advertise the voting of the King and Queen and increase involvement of the Courts throughout Homecoming week. Royalty will also work to plan the Court Reception as well as strengthen freshman involvement through the First Year Committee. Our committee color is Purple.

For questions or concerns please contact Royalty Director, Anuja Jonnalagadda, at royaltyhomecoming@psu.edu.
